Requirements & Responsibilities


  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is an asset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in building construction and project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CAD software is an asset.
  • Requirements & Responsibilities


  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or ERP systems like SAP).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles Competency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Prior experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Experience with preparing financial statements, budgeting, auditing, and tax reporting.
  • Requirements & Responsibilities


  • Graduate with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Knowledge of WINHMS will be an asset.
  • Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
