- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is an asset.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in building construction and project management.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and CAD software is an asset.

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or ERP systems like SAP).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles Competency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Prior experience in accounting or finance roles.
Experience with preparing financial statements, budgeting, auditing, and tax reporting.
Requirements & Responsibilities
Graduate with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Knowledge of WINHMS will be an asset.
Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
